This is my other awesome cousin- David Dutton- Matt's brother. Just as Matt is artistic in art, David is in History and being a Railroad Engineer and loving all things trains. He's following in the footsteps of our Great-Great-Grandfather Otto Hape from Harper's Ferry, West Virginia in that department.
This is a recent picture of him all dapper at a Victorian Ball he went to. Doesn't he look fantastic? I'm jealous!
David and I both share a love of all things history related and both feel we were born in the wrong era. Although I'm not sure I could handle being suffocated by a corset daily. I am rather endowed upstairs and it would be quite painful...Moving on.
When David and I were having a chat he showed me one his beautiful creations using tea cups. He takes vintage or regular tea cups that he finds on his many treasure hunts and creates bangle bracelets from them. How cool is that? I thought it was pretty nifty!
In addition to treasure hunting and spending time with the love of his life Olivia, he spends a majority of his time at school working on his love of all things history and train related or volunteering at the railroad or traveling. I've seen many amazing pictures of the trains he works with and the fantastic places he's visited with his mentor Jim. I'll share a few of his amazing pictures so you can see the wonderful and amazing side to my very talented and artistic cousin David. His talent is different from Matt's and mine but his love and passion matches ours in every way!
I told you I come from a talented family!
Enjoy!
